• Generated a report in Material Master that outputs material valuated stock grouped by Material type and plant. The output shows Material Number, Storage Location, and Unit of Measures and description in addition to group totals. Data was extracted from MARA, MARC, MARD, and MAKT.

• Created PO Delivery Confirmation Report this program select all open PO’s from table-EKPO and checks for all confirmations done in tables EKES, EKET and highlights the overdue confirmations or no confirmations and inks with the transaction ME23 for the selected purchase order.

• Developed ABAP transaction to enable sales personnel to enter sales data in Z tables. Used the menu user exit in logistics area menu to branch to this transaction. This is the data obtained in the field and is used for market analysis in conjunction with the actual sales orders booked.

• Developed an interactive report to generate a list of blocked invoices selected on the basis of criteria like company code, vendor and PO date using tables in logical database VFV specifically VBRK.

• Developed a drill-down report to show the product returns as a percentage of the overall transactions with the respective customers. Used tables in logical database VAV retrieving values for sales document type RE.

• Developed reports on outstanding payments for major debtors to enable them to reconcile their accounts. The interface was customized to the formats followed by debtors. The reports used the logical database DDF.

• Modified layout sets for Orders (RVORDER01) and Invoices (RVINVOICE01) using program RVADOR01.

• Tested the reports for optimal performance using the workbench tools – runtime analysis and SQL Trace.

• Configured ports, partner profiles and message types as a part of EDI configuration.

• Customized function modules IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS and IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDRSP for data mapping using user exit programs to populate custom segments in Idoc type based on basic Idoc type ORDERS03.
