FIXATION FOR A350XWB (STRUCTURES).

Project Description:

- Design of Field and Frame blankets for the section 13-14, 15-21 and 16-18.

- Positioning of interface points on Stringers and Frames for Section 13-14, 15-21 and 16-18.

- Positioning of Stand-offs inside the DMU for Aft, center & forward fuselage.

- Positioning of Stand-offs on stingers and Frames for sec 13-14, 15-21 and 16-18.

- Interaction with client during the execution of Project every week in video conference.

- Delivering the project with quality check and in time.

Project 2 : CONCEPT DESIGN- FRAME 20 ORBITAL JUNCTION –

STRINGER 1 TO 7 FOR A350XWB.

Project Description:

- Design of junction parts like, Butt strap, stabilizer, cleat, Frame splicing, Stop of stringers.

- To define the continuity of stringer 1 to 7 at frame 20.

- To define the Frame 20 orbital junction.

- Drawings (wire Frame).

- Solid modeling from wire frame.

- 2D Drawing generation.

- Interaction with client during the execution of project.

Project 3 : CONCEPT DESIGN- CONTINUITY 0F STRINGER 8 AT FRAME 13 FOR A350XWB.

Project Description:

- Design of S11 and S12 panel ends along the frame 13.

- S12 upper and lower panel ends along the Stringer 8.

- All necessary parts for junction definition like Splice, Shim, and Stabilizers etc.

- Designing the concept for the continuity of two frames which ends at two stringers.

- Drawings (wire Frame).

- Solid modeling from wire Frame.

- 2D drawing generation.

Project 4 : Remodeling of Several Brackets of A350 (Interior)

(CATIA V4 MODELS TO CATIA V5).

Project Description:

- Modeling and Re-designing of the Brackets as per the requirement of SELL Fitting Tool.

- Modified the sections of all sub Assemblies

- FRAME (Orange), FRAME FEET (Turquoise) AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE (Grey & Blue),

AIRCRAFT STRUCTURE FRAME (Yellow).

- Designing the Brackets between the Structures

- Fasteners that are used have taken from the Supplied SELL Catalogues.

- Drawings of all Sections in the Sub Assemblies are delivered.

- Manufacturing Drawings of Four Sub Assemblies and Assembly are delivered.
