Description:

Inventory management is primarily about specifying the shape and percentage of stocked goods. It is required at different locations within a facility or within many locations of a supply network to proceed the regular and planned course of production and stock of materials. Inventory management, or inventory control, is an attempt to balance inventory needs and requirements with the need to minimize costs resulting from obtaining and holding inventory.

Through my analysis I found that organization maintaining continues records of stock levels. So there is continues increase of the production with minimizing cost of production through the availability of resources at lower cost with best quality.
