Siemens - a multi-billion dollar global
provider of IT, engineering, communications
and healthcare services.
Head of Finance & Control, (Product
Management/Development US), Nokia Siemens,
2007 to 2009. Selected to oversee planning,
control, consolidation and analysis, including
development centers. Named to acquisitions
team. Managed 10 direct reports (850
employees) and $160M operations budget with
P&L responsibility.
VP and CFO, Myrio Corporation, 2005 to 2007.
Directed integration for Siemens acquisition
of Myrio, a telecom startup. Oversaw all
finances, including planning, reporting and
performance for global business unit.
Implemented, reengineered financial systems,
processes, procedures and tools. Managed 5
direct reports and held full P&L.
VP – Finance, Business & Strategic
Development, Siemens AG (including S.p.A
Italy), 2000 to 2005. Evaluated demands for
wireless technologies and standardized
performance structure across 35+ business
lines and $4B revenues. Executed integration
and productivity improvements for Italian
operations.
VP & GM, Siemens Shared Services, LLC, 1997 to
2000. Chosen to head new project, founding
separate company to provide selected business
services to Siemens USA. Realized significant
