Client Gen-Probe is a US based product company mainly works in blood testing tools and chemical production and supply these tools to all blood banks in US as well as in Europe.
My role in this project was as CRM Web UI and IC Web UI Technical Expert and Lead consultant for CRM 2007 and CRM 7.0.
The objects, which I have handled in this project, were
1. Onsite support for Integration, OQ and PQ testing.
2. New field addition through AET
3. Navigation from Case transaction to ECC Quality Notification by changing a field property to hyperlink, which is available in Case Item tree structure.
4. Add new Tab like Date, Product in IC Interaction Record and in IC Complaint.
5. Remove the functionality of change confirm account after confirmation account and in more field like account and address.
6. Change the field functionality from input field to drop-down and field label for every transaction type through DLC.

I have worked on this project from March 2008 to July 2008 as SAP Consultant on R/3 5.0 and ECC6.0 version. My role in this project is to work as ABAP consultant.
The objects I have worked on were.
1. Develop customize screen for MOVE TICKET and SWING TICKET using module pool programming.
2. Implement BADI for MIRO transaction. The purpose for this implementation to populate reported country according to plant country.
3. Implement BADI for MM01 transaction. The purpose for this implementation was to populate profit centre according to plant.

Pilot Project in CRM WEB IC
I have worked in a WEB IC internal project .The objects on I have worked.

I have worked on this project from September 2007 to March 2008 as SAP CRM IC Web, Middleware and Interactive ADOBE FORM Expert on CRM 5.0. My role in this project are to design PDF based Interactive form for different functional requirement of client, download data from R/3 server to CRM server (Initial and Request download) and from CRM to CDB for mobile client and change some fields in standard View based on client requirement for there call center agent.
The objects I have worked on were
1. Change some field for client call centre agent to find their customer information like to identify account, add address and location field for customer.
2. Create transaction Launcher to launch PCUI transaction and R/3 transaction in CRM server and navigate that transaction from personalize area to customize area.
3. Generate alert which always trigger when a customer log a complain about product and after resolution the complain which has been logged by the customer and at BP conformation.
4. Download data from R/3 server to CRM server to populate customise table in CRM server which are available in R/3 server, create Site, Publication and subscription objects in CRM server, adapters, sBdoc and mBdoc types for mobile client. Monitoring of Inbound Queue and outbound queue process and some Enhancements through BADIs
5. Dunning form for customers who are defaulter in making payment in time as per payment term. This dunning form will trigger for 4 level of dunning, configured for each customer in R/3. Standard Tcode for dunning in R/3 is F150 and for dunning level configuration Tcode is FBMP.
6. Invoice form (multi single form) for Vender and Customers, but these forms are country specific i.e. for European country different form and for American country different form. I create customize driver program for this form. Standard Tcode for Invoice is VF02/VF03
7. Order Confirmation form (multi single form) for both Customer and Vender, condition are similar to Invoice form. Standard Tcode for order confirmation is VA02/VA03.

I have worked on this project from January 2007 to June 20th on the ABAP Support. My role in the project has been code development of the Customize transactions and reports and testing.
I was involved in support of existed implemented R/3 of the customer for the support of there future requirement.
The objects I have worked on were
1. Vendor Line Item summary (Carry Forward Balance) – In this object report of vendor line, vendor’s opening balance display based on date i.e. Report display Opening Balance (Credit or Debit) of the vendor for particular date duration. Standard transaction for Vendor Line Item FBLIN & Report RFITEMAP.
2. Sales/Purchase Tax register – In this object report of Sale / Purchase Tax Register base on certain conditions as comp code, fiscal year, document no., Tax code, LST/CST condition. Based on condition type vendor or customer information display. Standard transaction for Tax Report is J1I2 & Report J_1ISTAX.
3. Studying Excise Register (Transaction J2I5, J2I6 & Report J_2IRPUT) for customization according to Indian Government format and client terms & conditions for Excise.
4. Customize Report for Pending Sales Order that displays pending sales orders based on Date and Document no.
5. Customize ME22N & ME21N Transaction for Subcontracting Item & create Transaction Variant for same Transaction.
6. Customization Scheduling Agreement Transaction Va31 & VA32 for Blocking Customers based on some term & condition as delivery block, Risk Category.
RESUME MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (RMS)
I have worked on this project from July 2006 to November 2006 on the BSP development (NETWEAVER component). His role in the project has been code development & designing.
I was involved in the web-based application of the customer to the web based application talking to SAP using BSP. This project was developed as browser based interface to submit and maintain the details of resumes of the end users. This application is targeted for the consultants who have to maintain high volume of resumes. This application provides a browser-based interface for the company having R3 as the ERP solution. Resume Management System provides following functionality:-
1. Authentication and user administration to verify user id and password and linking them to R3.
2. Users can be created / deleted and they can change their passwords or retrieve forgotten password based on some queries.
3. Extensive Search for the required professionals sorted by different criteria.
4. Administrator can receive resumes by e-mail and the communication with the user is done through the e-mail address provided by user.
5. The details are editable by the administrator according to the updates provided to him.
6. Generation of automatic list of sorted candidates according to the requirement based on ranking points.
7. Fetch mail using connectivity JAVA Connector (JCO) in string form and save mail string in ABAP table for store end users information, edit Details of candidates.

I was involved in this package that targeted for SME companies that cannot afford a full fledge SRM implementation. This application provides a browser-based interface for the suppliers of a company having R3 as the ERP solution. Insight provides following functionality to the suppliers: -

2. Purchase Order list to show all purchase orders issued to the supplier sorted by different criteria
