• Managed operations of the Installation Medical Supply Activity/ Materials Warehouse with a 32 million-dollar inventory. Reengineered the Medical Supply warehouse with automation systems such as scanners, conveyer system, bar code label printers, and carousel shelving pick system. Expanded warehouse customer base by 30% and increased order-ship time from 48 hrs to 8 hrs. Led distribution warehouse to a level of excellence that lowered the denial rate to .3% and maintained a zero balance rate of 2%.
