ADMINISTRATOR: Dedham Surgical Center: Manage and oversee two million dollar budget, Market and promote surgical centers professional practice. Recruit and hire all staff, ( professional and office ). Establish and enforce all policies. Produced and published ( HIPPA ) policy to all centers. Successfully supervised and completed both, JACHO, and AAAHC state and federal inspections. ACCOUNTING: Control and monitor accounts rec / payable, Chair person for all compliance, credentialing, infection control, and Q/A committees. Monitor risk management at all levels. Working knowledge of Microsoft office, Quick books,Excel, Lotus, Spreadsheet. Prepare monthly financial statements. Maintain and develop centers website. Dates 1994 to 2005, ( Overlap with above ).
