Project name: ULTRASONIC AND GSM BASED ACCIDENT DETECTOR.

Goal: Accident avoidance.

Role: Trainee

Description: This project developed in “Embedded C” language using Keil software, 8051 microcontroller, ultrasonic sensor, LCD display, serial communication using RS232 and GSM kit. This project is about a system that can sense and detect any obstacle from the opposite side. Using ultrasonic as a ranging sensor, its function based on ultrasonic wave. After transmit by transmitter, the wave can reflect when obstacle detected and receive by receiver and after sensing an obstacle from the opposite side within the specified range it will aware the driver by producing sound from the buzzer. And by chance if the accident is happened, it will send a message to particular user defined cell number using the GSM kit telling that accident has taken place.
