Major projects

COMCAST LOCAL MANAGEMENT CENTER, RESTON TOWN CENTER, VA: Construction Superintendent for a 36,000 square foot interior construction including radius walls with glass, offices, conference rooms, pantries and server room with independent HVAC unit, plus war rooms. The total cast was 1,700,000.

COMCAST LOCAL MANAGEMENT CENTER, WHITE MARSCH, MD: Construction Superintendent for installation for installation of a back up generator and UPS system. The system was designed to support the entire facility in the event of any power interruption from the local electrical utility provider. The total cost of the project was 1,300,000.

COMCAST CALL CENTER, LARGO, MD: Mr. Acheson provided on site supervision for a new 500 seat call center. This 80,000 SF project was completed in four phases and included conference and break areas, a fitness center and shower facility, a 2,500 SF data center that included redundant battery back up power, and the installation of a 1,500 KW generator sized to support the entire facility. The total cost was 5,200,000.

VALCOURT INC, ARLINGTON VA: Construction Superintendent for a 20,000 Square-foot interior remodel project. The total cost was 85,000.

U.S. ARMY, FORT BELVOIR, VIRIGINIA: Renovated highly classified facilities throughout the base to include backup generators, SKIIFF rooms, computer rooms and tenant fit outs between $10-thousand $2 million.

MOTOROLA CELL CITES, VARIOUS LOCATIONS: Install prefabricated concrete buildings, antennas, and generators at top of buildings and land sites. Total cost $5 Million.
