Performed Acquisition Logistics down-select source selection between Boeing Aerospace and Rockwell Collins (RCI), in which RCI was awarded the winning contract through which Satellites Time, Space and Position data could be collected in pods hanging from the JSF and F/A18E/F aircraft during major weapons Test Range Events;
After the USAF awarded RCI the Contract on 08/2010, determined sufficiency for Logistics contractual deliverables monthly, Cost Performance Indicators, Schedule Performance Indicators, Earned Value, Human Resources FTE and the Integrated Master Schedule analysis.
Washington DC Navy Yard Corporate Project Manager/Project Coordinator, USMC, USN, DHS USCG, and Florida State Government (07/2004 – 10/2009)
• Lead Design Subject Matter Expert for the design of the Logistics Request For Proposal (RFP) for Contractors’ bid of the Naval Sea Systems Command, HQ next generation LCAC Hover Craft/Ship to Shore Connector (SSC). This next generation procurement was required to enlarge the Navy’s Amphibious Hover Craft fleet in order to carry the larger M1 Tanks to and from the shore. (2009)
• Developed the Master Schedule for the United States Coast Guard Acquisition Strategy for the Off-Shore Patrol Cutter (OPC); The Offshore Patrol cutter is the successor to the 270' Famous class and the 210' Reliance class Medium Endurance Cutters. The OPC Acquisition Strategy encompassed the design requirement to have a maximum range of 9,000 nautical miles and an adaptable mission module. The U.S. Coast Guard award had originally contracted to Integrated Coast Guard Systems (ICGS) to begin design and final requirements work for the Offshore Patrol Cutter as part of the Coast Guard’s Integrated Deepwater System (IDS) Program, however cost overruns caused the USCG to break out the Procurement of the OPC from Deepwater. I developed the initial strategies for re-procurement. (2009)
• United States Marine Corps Program Management Lead Master Scheduler, Washington Navy Yard for the NMCI/NGEN SONIC Classified and Unclassified Intranet Acquisition Strategy which is the world’s largest intranet. More than 700,000 Sailors, Marines and civilians rely on NMCI to securely transmit 10 terabytes of data every day and 33 million emails per week. And, with NMCI users completing more than 595 million browser transactions per day, NMCI is on the forefront of network security innovation. Network security on NMCI is a top priority. Hundreds of thousands of users across the globe access the network and its data from a variety of platforms, including desktop, laptop computers and BlackBerry devices. (2008)
