I am currently employed in a position with a manufacturing company as an Import/ Export Compliance Analyst in Beaverton Oregon.

At my current position I am responsible for all compliance for our Technology Products at our four plants worldwide In the US and in Europe. This includes Encryption Technology, Anti-Terrorism and other certification processes such as SNAP-R RoHS and the newly implemented China RoHS programs.

I ensure that all products are properly classified and documented with the Department of Commerce according the EAR and Bureau of Industry and Security. I have developed and implemented an Export Management and Compliance Policy for our company and trained our current employees on the proper documentation requirements for all of our International

Shipments. I have experience working the SNAP-R filing system for proper classification of our new and existing product lines. I maintain all current Harmonized Tariff Codes for our raw materials and finished goods in our database.

I developed a new customer screening process for our International and Domestic customers to verify they were not on any of the various denied parties list as well and keep our sales team aware of any Sanctions, Boycotts or countries that are denied US Imports according to the US Government.

At Mincepa Inc. I am part of the export logistics team that is a liaison between out China offices and our US manufacturers and suppliers. My responsibilities Include writing up new purchase orders, reviewing letters of credit, working with steamship lines and truckers to ensure delivery of our products for export. I prepare all export documents; prepare quotes for

customers and suppliers.

In my position at Greenwood International, I was responsible for tracking imports orders for four full-time lumber traders. Thisincludes Assisting with writing up new orders, with freight and budget issues, logistics, contact reviews as well as the preparation of documents such as detailed drawings for our vendors. I worked closely with our vendors, customs brokers, steamship lines and customers to ensure prompt delivery of our products. In addition, I worked closely with our accounting department with invoicing, overseas wire transfers, claims, and inventory reconciliation. I was responsible for advising our sales and pur-chasing departments of any shipment issues and resolving problems in a cost-effective and timely manner.

In my eight years serving Anthony-Ross Company, a leader in air combustion systems for the pulp and paper industry, I prepared all customs documents; packing lists, shipping documents for all of our systems and demonstration equipment (both international and domestic), waybills and shipping quotes. In a supervisory role I built strong vendor and customer relations as well as maintained good relations with warehouse and shop personnel. I provided field service maintenance to our customers in the United States, Canada and Europe. I have maintained and installed large equipment for our customers at their sites using a variety of hand and power tools. Also providing complete maintenance on pneumatic and low voltage PLC systems. I was an intricate part of design reviews, research and development for our engineering department; I set and facilitated production meetings with our purchasing department, engineering department, inventory and shop personnel.

I have strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP & MAS-200 inventory management, and Navision ac-counting software programs, as well as Auto-Cad 2000 and Delta CAD drafting programs.
