EMPLOYMENT HIGHLIGHTS:
2006-2012: Field Technician ll CDMA / IDEN
Sprint / Nextel / Ericsson, Philadelphia PA
As a Level II, Nextel-Sprint Field Technician, I help maintain IDEN (Motorola) and CDMA (Lucent) Cell Sites including EVDO issues. Able to monitor system with various web base tools and repair 2.0 to 4.0B indoor and outdoor series cabinets. I am involved in all aspects of troubleshooting various issues as well as Inventory and Annually PM’s. Maintain cell site power plant systems to ensure delivery of back up power when main power fails. Maintain company vehicle with no incidents’ in any previous years of driving. I manage over 35 IDEN and 40 CDMA Cell Sites at this time. I also oversee any new builds of cells sites from ground level to initial start-up. Some of my responsibilities as a CDAM technician are BR adds and deletions, replacing various cards as they go into alarm status and power plant maintenance. This includes issues with landlords, contractors and other telecom services. Familiar with Web links pages such as Procom Telnet, Falcon, Atlas, Titan, and SSTAT. Testing of T-1 circuits to find faults and errors. Remove and repair Lucent mod cell equipment as needed when sites are in alarm status. Duties include 24 hr on call rotation and OT when needed. Good knowledge of city and surrounding suburban streets to help with efficient time management of site visits.
2005-2006 : Cell Phone Technician

Test and minor repair of cell phones. Worked on Verizon phones made by Motorola (V-710 and V815)
Made quality checks which includes visual and functional. Made minor repairs to phone cosmetics and software. Work on 2nd shift under limiter supervision.
2005-2005: Test Technician
CTDI ( Synerfac Temp ), West Chester PA
Test and Modify CDMA-Lucent units in a work bench environment. Work with very limited supervision on 3rd shift. Repair down to component level on CDMA equipment ( KLAMS,P2PAMS,CSU’s, CTU’s, Rectifiers, and other CDMA- Lucent parts. User of various test equipment such as O-Scopes, signal Generators, volt meters along with computer interfaces. QC of each unit worked on and made each unit ready for shipment.

I have proficient skills with Schematics, Maps, Manuals, various sizes of cable splicing as well as Signal Generators, VOM, OTDR, RF Meter, Telephone Repair Equipment, RF Locators, Signal Leakage Detectors, Power Supplies (ac/dc), and many other test equipment. Work on Return aspect of CATV with VOD, MOD High Speed Internet Service,VOIP. Fiber Optics splicing and repair.
1999-2003: TOWER SITE OPERATIONS MANAGER/TECH

Duties: Management of over 130 Communications Towers in South Carolina and in the
Charlotte, NC area. Had the leading role in Project Improvements and Project Management within my area. Having the responsibility of managing Analog and Digital towers which include Construction and Quality Assurance of tower construction from ground up. Also performed task of troubleshooting tower light system (FLASH TECHNOLOGY,HUEY PHILLIPS) controllers. FLASH TECHNOLOGY Certified by their in-house school in Memphis TN. With very limited to none supervision needed, I worked from my home using Cell, Landline, and the internet/intranet for communications with Home Office, Tenants,Landlords, and Contractors. My STRONG computer skills was a plus in performing many of my weekly and daily job tasks such as: work invoices, spreadsheets, daily and weekly reports to name a few.
1997-1999: Quality Technician

Duties: As a Quality Technician I performed such duties as repair and maintenance of various Audio, CD,AM/FM equipment’s troubleshooting printed circuit boards down to component level. Use of various test equipment and hand tools. Additional duties include QC of production lines, which includes the control of products from a quality standpoint. I also performed Quality Checks on BOSE OEM products. This would include a complete line of car amplifiers.

Duties: In this capacity, I supervised other trained technicians in the maintenance and repair of Radio Electronic Equipment; engaged in routine and skilled troubleshooting of circuits down to the component level; regular use of schematics and a wide variety of Test Equipment; repairs were done in the field as well as the bench. I was responsible for all functions required of a highly skilled Electronic Technician.
