Regarding Position in Sandy Springs as a Part-Time Telemarketer


Allow me to introduce myself. I am David Kilroy and I am a semi-retired sales & business executive in Roswell, GA. My successful background and experience in finance, consulting sales, and sales management would indicate that I should be a viable candidate this particular inside sales position.

Since I have been quite successful as a full-time telemarketer, inside sales agent, and appointment setter for the past 10 years; I now wish to transition to a position where I would now like to work closer to my residence; preferably in a work environment close to Roswell and less than 35 hours per week.

Your types of opportunity appear to be a great fits for both of us. I am semi-retired, but “battle tested” and highly motivated to continue working about 35-45 hours per week. Until March of 2009, I worked with an Alpharetta company, Strategic Benefit Solutions, Inc., for a little over 5 years in an appointment setting, telemarketing, and lead generation capacity. SBS specializes in providing employee benefit programs for medium to large sized companies in north GA and I was a full-time W-2 employee. I did officially “retire” in March, 2009 from SBS. Before I left SBS, I was contacted by a management consultancy firm to develop leads and set appointments and I agreed to assist this young company in that area. I was recruited to work about 30 hours per week based on my unique skills in business development, setting appointments, and telemarketing to the B2B sector. In the latter part of 2010 and early 2011 I was also taking steps to look for another sales career; due to the health problems of the main partner in the management consulting business. I will gladly furnish a list of references upon request. I will work either as an employee or as an independent contractor. My background Is quite diversified and spread across several industries. I actually like contacting clients via phone or in-person.

I have a home office with high speed internet and a relatively new PC laptop. I am very computer literate in the use of Microsoft Office, the Internet, and various business and sales databases. I am very healthy and have a perfect driving record. I would be happy to work at your location in Sandy Springs.
