Project : 11i (Ver.11.5.8) to R12 (Ver.12.0.6) upgrade Aug. 2008 – Aug. 2009

Role : Intermediate Application Analyst - Finance

Responsibilities :

• Carried-out seamless transition of PO module upgrade from 11i to R12

• Tested all purchasing (PO) and Cash Management (CE) transactions (Test Scripts) in R12 environment working successfully

• Raised and coordinated with My Oracle Support (Metalink) for the resolution of bug for PO and AP Module

• Carried-out pre and post implementations steps for PO (Purchasing) and PA (Project Accounting) module upgrade to R12 plus verification

• Created Purchasing and Cash Management UPK documents. It created consistent training and support materials for users. Users gained a well-rounded knowledge of software functionality and enabled users to learn by watching an animated demonstration of the steps for a task being performed in a simulated environment.
