2/07 – 3/10 Adams Mendel Allison Construction Inc. Lakewood, Colorado
PROJECT MANAGER: Duties include managing several, high intensity, fast paced
projects simultaneously, while maintaining the highest levels of production, safety, and quality. Estimating both large and small scale projects. Preparing subcontracts, complete subcontractor negotiation of every project, preparing payment applications, Owner Change Order documents, and correspondence between Owners, Architects and Interior Designers. Effectively conduct weekly job site meetings between Owner, Architect, and Contractor. Also train and develop new and upcoming prospective Project Managers and help resolve problems on their projects while maintaining the necessary productivity and profitability of my own.
4/06 – 2/07 Colorado First Construction, Inc. Denver, Colorado
PROJECT MANAGER: Duties included taking over a troubled project after the previous
contractor was replaced by the developer and continuing on with production of the
of the development. Was also given the sole responsibility of preparing a new completion
schedule and revised estimate valued at over ($17 million) for the completion of the project.
Other duties included managing a multi-building 50 unit upscale town home development
from pre-construction through infrastructure phase through building construction valued at
over ($35 million). Preparing payment applications, Owner Change Orders, Owner
Contracts, and Subcontracts for execution.
7/04 – 4/06 Adams Mendel Allison Construction Inc. Denver, Colorado
PROJECT MANAGER: Promoted from Superintendent to Project Manager to head up
the Special Projects division. Duties include managing multiple projects simultaneously,
drafting project completion schedules, tracking labor and material costs for each project,
project budgeting, cost loading budgets into accounting system, conducting weekly project
meeting with owners, preparing meeting minutes, preparing and presenting all proposed
changes in contract value to the owners, preparing and submitting monthly payment
applications, drafting scopes for all subcontracts, preparing and submitting project closeout
documents (as-built drawings and Operation and Maintenance Manuals). Other duties include maintaining a complete WARRANTY program including subcontractor coordination, self performed repairs, client coordination, and tracking all warranty issues with semi-annual reviews with entire company.

ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT/SUPERINTENDENT: Hired as an Assistant
Superintendent to help take over a troubled project which was severely behind schedule.
Assigned to several other multi-million dollar projects as an Assistant Superintendent, duties
included managing subcontractors, preparing 3-week look ahead schedules, and reviewing
project costs with project Superintendent. Assigned to a project to replace the
Superintendent and ultimately promoted to Superintendent. Duties as a Superintendent
included reviewing budgets with Project Manager, collaborating on project completion
schedule, maintaining accurate field purchase order logs, conducting weekly safety and
subcontractor meetings, drafting 3-week look ahead schedules, maintaining a safe and
productive jobsite while maintaining the highest standards of quality, and preparing project
closeout documents (as-built drawings).
