2012 MSc Project: Damage Modelling in Fibre Reinforced Composites. University of Nottingham, United Kingdom. 3 months

Development of an appropriate damage model for applications to 3D composites and textile composites using programming software (Python) and Finite Element Analysis software (ABAQUS).

2011 Manufacturing Engineer – THALES – Paris. 8 months (6 months internship + 2 months contract)

Improve the process of fabrication on the whole assembly line, of tubes with hyper frequencies, used in science and army. Develop a brazing process for high frequencies windows which the original process broke the ceramic. Study of the behaviour of a brazing material made of germanium in order to replace a similar brazing material but exclusively composed of copper and gold.

2010 Structure & Calculations Engineer internship – C.E.A. (Commissariat à l’Energie Atomique) – Paris. 5 months

Design and size a test bench in order to proceed to diametral tensile tests, and a second test bench for axial compression tests. The aim of the project was to determinate mechanical characteristics of superconducting material, for use in the most precise MRI (Iseult) in the world.
