Description: Under Indian Income Tax laws, Form 16 is a certificate issued by the employer to employee showing income, deductions and tax details for a financial year. Form 16 also shows the details of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and deposited into central government account.
Requirement: Enhancement of Form 16 as per the legal change. The project involved reading the relevant data from the cluster (PCL4) instead of TEMSE files, since the concept of TEMSE files have become obsolete.

Requirement: Enhancement of Form 5 as per the legal change. The project involved in new additional fields like count of Temporary Identification Certificate (TICs), Permanent Identification certificate (PICs), Employee contribution and non-contribution towards ESI etc….
