Requirement: Enhancement of Form 16 as per the legal change. The project involved reading the relevant data from the cluster (PCL4) instead of TEMSE files, since the concept of TEMSE files have become obsolete.

Requirement: Enhancement of Form 5 as per the legal change. The project involved in new additional fields like count of Temporary Identification Certificate (TICs), Permanent Identification certificate (PICs), Employee contribution and non-contribution towards ESI etc….

Gather requirements (new or changes to existing requirements) and provide accurate analysis on impact, requirement feasibility in the current context, escalate design issues that may become risk later
