Provided mechanical solutions to Paint Shop Optimization speed up 38/42 UPH to 50 UPH and achieved 52 UPH using Six Sigma techniques. Developed upgrade and installation scheduling to maximize production uptime and minimize exposure to potential downtime. $1.5m Value

Developed and specified a Car Body Skid Washer that involved, both water and air environmental studies, along with multiple fields of engineering. Developed PI&D and Installation plans. Provided Project Management that oversaw the installation on a critical process buffers deemed to be high-risk shutdown installations. Oversaw adherence to OSHA and BMW safe work practices Installations were completed 2 shifts early. $1.4m Value

Using MicroStation 2D cad integrated NPS Phase 1, Step 4 and Step 5 conveyors drawings. Also noted 80+ facility corrections/updates for the Paint Shop drawings $50k Value

Provided project oversight on New Integrated Paint Process conveyors and initial commissioning. Overall system $35m, conveyor equipment. Using JIT basis, was able to lead the contractor to meeting schedule for installation. $2.5m value.

Designed and lead construction/ installation of oil and oil additives bottle fillers and labelers.

Designed and lead construction/installation of numerous food-grade process and specialty machines for chewing tobacco, medical devices, distilled spirits, bar soap, facial wipes, teeth whiteners, wooden baseball bats and munitions.

Designed high speed packaging applications for speeds between 600ppm and 1234ppm

Designed munitions handling and disassembling equipment capable of operating with explosive environments.

Designed custom End of Arm Tooling for ABB, Motoman, and Adept robots capable of precise machine loading, handling 1800ºF forged cranks and axles, and high speed applications of 55ppm using Cognex vision systems.
