• Troubles shoot problems, Suggest and implement corrective action. Found leak in Kerosene Hydrotreator CFE and corrective action being taken.
• Plant startup and commissioning; Gas processing facility in Pakistan, Cyclar Aromatics production in Saudi Arabia and Condensate Refinery in Qatar.

Process Engineer
Working in condensate refinery area and responsible for the following activities in condensate refinery:
• Responsible of entire operation and maintenance activities in the shift to achieve the production target.
• Vast experience of gas processing and sulphur recovery. Worked on Amine treating and Claus sulphur recovery process units. Provide process and operation inputs for plant modification and PCR (Plant change requirements).
• Handling all projects, ‘ie’ modification and new projects.
• Day to day plant operation (Continuous with DCS & PLC control) in compliance with plant operating instructions as well as site & company procedures.
• Emphasize on Safety & Environmental performance, responsible for quality management ISO 9001:2000, environment management ISO14001:96 & Process Safety (OSHA ISO18001) systems implementation.
