PROFESSIONAL SKILLS PROFILE
. Communication and Leadership skills
. Advance Software and Hardware Knowledge
. Languages: English & Chinese
TECHNICAL PROJECTS
Micro-mouse January 2011 – June 2011
Lead Hardware/Software Designer
. Used Arduino for microprocessor and C language algorithm
. The project required a 4 member team to design a robot to solve a maze with the shortest time.
The initial run uses a right hand algorithm where the robot will follow the right wall to solve the
maze and save the solution in memory. The second run the robot will move full speed after
calculating the fastest path from the knowledge gained in the initial run.
Universal Wireless Sensor Network (using Zigbee) October 2011 – June 2012
Team Leader
. Uses C language algorithm with BitCloud libraries to design a mesh network to send and retrieve
data
. The project requires the design to be as small as possible to retrieve information from each
coordinator using Zigbee to communicate. The information must be able to transmit data at least
10 meters and have a battery life of 2 years or more
RS485 March 2012 – April 2012
Research
. Uses CadSoft Eagle to design a schematic and board for a RS485.
. Create custom libraries for special components.
. Double sided board with a ground layer.
WORK EXPERIENCE
General Electric/NBC Universal, Universal Studios Hollywood, Universal City, CA
Food Service Department January 2008 – October 2009
Team Leader
. Position required the ability to work along with management, in a position of authority.
. Communicated employee information and updated operations knowledge to management.
. The job required excellent communication and leadership skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, cash
handling capability in order to distribute and keep track of over $5,000, and a tight sense of time
management
