disaster area to be used in processing the sub grantees claim for federal monetary assistance. I have worked
with county/township governments to gather the necessary information needed for the applicant to be
awarded aid for public infrastructure that has been damaged. This position is an “As Needed” position. I

Worked directly with Civil Engineers during project design and implementation to ensure cost efficiency
throughout all facets of site development. Responsible for estimations on earth moving costs for Commercial
and Residential developments. Provided ideas and suggestions to reduce costs through creative utilization of
earth moving and implementation of utility installations.
Generated full project cost estimates once final plan approval was granted by local jurisdictions for Toll’s
internal use to guide decisions on project life cycle from cost forecasting through the award of contractor
proposals.
Provided conceptual estimates that were used by Land Acquisition executives in decision making process
