Daimler Trucks North America ■ Cleveland, NC 1996 - 2009
Managed all aspects of information technology at the largest class 8 truck manufacturing facility in North America. Provided support to over 4,000 union and non-union employees in a 1 million + square foot facility with over 1,000 networked and non-networked devices in a Windows Active Directory environment. Managed team of 5 – 10 I.T. / engineering staff and project members
• Supported multiple operating systems (UNIX, Windows, and AIX).
• Supported VMware, custom and “off the shelf” software /hardware and SQL databases.
• Developed B.I. portals utilizing Cognos and Access. Supported SAP NPM, custom HRIS and MES applications
• Supported a Nortel PBX with over 200 digital and analog phones
