EXPERIENCE

Senior Production Planner, Mercury Computer, Huntsville, AL 35805. February 2009-present. Duties included: utilizing the company’s computerized MRP system (BAAN) and Microsoft Excel in order plan the production of current and projected sales orders in a high volume electro-mechanical environment; collaborating with buyers, expeditors, inventory associates, and production operators on delivering on-time production and sales orders; determining part shortages and relaying that information to buyers; entering and maintaining system work orders from start to close; providing program management with sales order status reports and updates; forecasting future demand; collaborating with Engineering on ECOs and manufacturing problems; assisting with physical inventories; maintaining finished good min/max levels; researching and resolving inventory discrepancies; and working on inventory reduction projects.
