Manage two different maintenance departments, at two separate sites, including a foundry and machining plant. Responsible for all machine maintenance, building and grounds maintenance, two MRO cribs(8 Million), tool and die room, environmental and OSHA compliance. Manage three direct report supervisors, one direct report superintendant, two indirect supervisors, one maintenance engineer, one cycle count/receiving clerk and 50 indirect skilled and unskilled employees. Support all departments to achieve annual goals of company in safety, quality, delivery, inventory , productivity and reliability. Experience with Mazak, Mori Seiki, Brother, Okuma, DaeWoo and Ikegai CNC mills, lathes, vertical turning lathes and automatic screw / chucker machines as well as several different kinds of drills, grinders, molding machines, boilers , melting furnaces, material handling equipment, shell core and oil core machines, hvac systems.
