HVAC Senior Design Drafter

 Performed HVAC design engineering work on a variety projects in the pharmaceutical area such as: Amylin 2 stage II located in OHIO, GSK, Bristol Myers in Billerica, MA., The Abbot 6k project in Puerto Rico, just to mention a few.

 My responsibility and participation in the mentioned projects included lay out and design work in 3D Auto Cad with respect to Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning.

 Worked with project engineers, project managers, architects and other disciplines.

 Ductwork layout included Air Handling Unit location and coordination.

 Kitchen Exhaust systems, roof exhaust fans coordination with structural and architects as well as routine meetings and job site visits for all projects.

 Acted as onsite HVAC supervisor for the Bristol Myers Squibb Fort Devens (this was an eight hundred million dollars Project).

HVAC Design Engineer

 Performed HVAC design engineering work on a variety engineering projects such as: The Foster/Gloster New Middle school (114,438 SF), VAH West Roxbury- AHU-4 Replacement, Mountainview Golf Club in Trenton New Jersey, Complete Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning Design complete with Packaged Roof Top Units serving the Banquet and adjacent areas.

 The kitchen had its own independent unit.

 Exhaust system consisted of roof exhaust fans where applicable.

 Complete design of the (IYRS) Aquidneck Mill Boat School (12,000 SF) the majority of my work size varied consisting of educational facilities, Hospitals and other facilities including Fitness Centers etc.

 Also performed site surveys of existing conditions.

HVAC Designer

 Responsible for the design and layout and sizing of piping, ductwork and selection of new HVAC equipment as well as construction sites visit for the following projects: Gillette Advanced Technologies Center, U.S. –Needham, Massachusetts: Full renovation of two buildings totaling 130,000 s.f. to support their Oral Care, Toiletries, Portable Power and Blade Divisions. The new complex contains wet and dry chemistry, microbiology, in-vitro, microscopy, clinical testing, hygiene and safety, prototype batching and electronic testing laboratories. Laboratory utility systems include process cooling, fume hoods, process exhaust, compressed air, argon, vacuum, natural gas, chilled and process water. Completed in 2002. Town of Norwood Police & Fire Station, Norwood, Massachusetts: Three-story, 55,000sf. New facility designated to house both departments in their entirety in a single complex. Completion estimated for 2003.
