Adding to it the total line is enhanced with Mobile Destacking tables for continuous feeding of blanks along with centering station.

Description of Project : This is the Automation of Flex Press line with 7 ABB Robots and 5 FAGOR make presses with 2 master PLC handshaking the safety signals with Profibus (ET200Pro) and control signals with ET200S modules. Adding to it the total line is enhanced with Mobile Destacking tables for continuous feeding of blanks with infeed conveyor, washer unit, oiler unit, buffer conveyor and vision conveyor.

Description of Project : Roller hemming 3 cells is installed with 3, 3 and 4 nos of ABB Robots for doing the entire operations like gluing of inner and outer panels and handling of Grippers and combining the two panels in stand and hemming with single tool in 3 different angles like 0, 45 and 60 degrees. Adding to it we have turn table with hemming bed on both sides to carryon production continuously.

Description of Project : BIW(Body in white) Main line is been installed with 31 nos of ABB 6600 Robots for doing the entire operations like spot welding, gluing and handling of Grippers and Welding guns. Main Line consists of 7 Master PLC, which will be handling all 31 Robots and which will be simultaneously communicating to the Sub Assemblies (18 No. sub assembly plc) which will be providing the input materials for the Main Line.

Adding to it the total line is enhanced with Fixed Destacking tables for continuous feeding of blanks with Centering Station used for centering of sheets.
• Execution of Robot related projects in Body-shop, Press shop, General Assembly, Material Handling and Paint shop sealing applications.
• Monitor and control projects including Preparation of quotation, project scope, issues, risks and schedule. Manage issues to closure. Communicate project status and ensures all stakeholders are aware of progress through project meetings, status reports and milestone reviews.
• Monitor the configuration of the robots for the application and process like Welding guns, Welding controller, Material Handling grippers, Tool Changers, Dispense equipments etc. Selection of the right model of Robot depending on the process, payload and cycle time requirements.
• Coordinate with Robot programming agency and PLC Programming agency for a given project. Approval of Robotic cells for shipment after pre-installation at jig maker’s site.
• Approval of Robot simulation and OLP made for a particular project. Suggest improvements in order to reduce on-floor execution time.
• Buy-off of Robot programs from Robot programming agency, in case of Outsourcing.
• Coordinate project timing schedule with body-shop team. Interact and coordinate with the controls team for interfacing the Robot with the control system.
• Coordinate with process suppliers for special processes like roller hemming, laser welding, clinching etc.
• Looking after the electrical, Mechanical and Robotic Maintenance.
• Modifying the PLC Logic and HMI according to the requirement.
• Carrying out the programming for Robots and troubleshooting the problems.
• Complete knowledge about ABB Industrial Robots and Siemens PLC and HMI.
• On-Site Project management, Project management and site execution skills.
• Knowledge of Robot application like Spot Welding, Arc welding, Press Automation, Gluing (dispensing), BIW, Roller Hemming etc.
• Sound Knowledge in Robot Simulation and preparation of OLP and PLC Programming including Logic development.
