Listening to the Client’s needs, I am able to take a conceptual ideas or schematic sketches to a production of a full set of Construction drawings ready for the Permit process to completed construction. Using Revit Architecture 2011, taking the architect’s plans and draw it into a 3D Revit model; complete with elevations both exterior and interior, sections, details, renderings, schedules and a finished sheet set. Collaborate with other disciplines (Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical engineers) making sure that problems don’t arise. Assist in simple estimations for smaller projects that involved concrete foundations such as footings, slab on grade, grade beams and wall footings.

Communication Consultant Services, Inc. (CCSI) Honolulu, Hawaii
Assist Project Engineers in laying out communication symbols onto site and building plans using AutoCAD 2008. Draw out site plans from scratch using the aid of Google Earth. Report back to the engineers with the plans, having them “red line” areas that need revisions and plot out final plans ready for the Engineer’s stamp and signature. Projects varied from federal buildings, public housing and emergency bell enhancement for public schools.

Met with potential clients. Assessed their needs if be a renovation or new construction to a residence. Gathered any ideas and/or wishes that they want to put in to their “Dream Home”. Using Revit Architecture 2009 and AutoCAD 2007, I took their schematic sketches and turned them into construction drawings (plans, elevations, building sections, details and schedules). I helped with choosing specialty equipment such as bathroom fixtures, kitchen appliances as well as door and window types. Other finishes chosen were floor finishes and paint for the exterior and interior.
