Council has put several long term community plans, such as Our Shared Vision: Living in Brisbane 2026 and Brisbane's Plan for Action, to address the best environmental and infrastructure planning for the future.

Responsibilities:
• Participating in the entire SDLC life cycle in terms of requirement gathering, design, development, deployment testing and documentation.
• To analyze the feasibility of the requirements provided by the customer.
• Developing BPM service solutions for various City Management Functions and public Complaint Registry System.
• Exposing all Business Services as Proxy Service in OSB
• Implementing Fault Policy Frame Work
• Enhancing the services in accordance with change request (CR)
• To integrate CRM Applications such as LOGAN, CET and OPTIMISE which are used by the Council.
