• Scheduled and organized meetings, including reserving conference rooms and all that entails, hotel accommodations, flight arrangements (both domestic and international), and dining reservations for sales representatives, managers, as well as the President and Vice President.
• Tracked reports from/for service engineers.
• Processed and coordinated instrument service and repair, both On-site and In-house.
• Maintained inventory control of in-house stock instruments, using inventory control software.
• Responsible for documenting and coordinating return of customer equipment/instruments, once in-house repair was completed.
• Review all work orders and provide pricing according to quotations and/or price agreements.
• Prepared pricing quotes for sales representatives and for service repairs.
• Maintain all work orders, packing slips, and other supportive documentation for forwarding to corporate accountant for invoicing.
• Assisted and coordinated all customer invoicing.
• Miscellaneous typing, word processing, filing, order tracking for Branch and Sales managers
