The Performance Management program reduced product labor cost by 25.44% from program launch through end of 2nd Qtr. Resulted in highest product yield ever for first two quarters. Performance Management program yielded $120,000 savings for 2nd Qtr. 2012. All KPI metrics attained new highs after Performance Management program was initiated.
• Responsible for maintaining Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Program at facility to include; Labor Cost per pound of product produced; Product Yield; Perfect Order Rate; and Customer Complaints.
• Administered all programs related to EEOC, ADA, FLSA, HIPAA, Employment Eligibility, and FMLA.
• Responsible for Recruitment, Contract Negotiation, Orientation, and On-Boarding of all employees.
• Managed employee benefit plans to include Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401k.
