I screened job orders and sent the most qualified applicants on the job orders. I updated job orders on a weekly and monthly basis. I enrolled job applicants in Core and Intensive Services in the Workforce Investment Act Program at the local office. Core Services are the basic services that we provided to all applicants such as job searches, labor market information, and assistance with resume preparation. Intensive Services are career counseling and completion of an individual case plans. I was also responsible for monthly follow up on all applicants enrolled in the WIA program. I supervised foster children placed in foster homes to ensure the safety of the children in the foster home. I was the Medicaid Case Manager assigned to work with the Seriously Mentally Ill clients who were diagnosed with Schizophrenia and Psychotics. I transported clients to Mental Health Shot Clinics and Medical appointments in my own vehicle. I transported up to three clients at a time in my own vehicle.
