Parsons also developed design section teams to effectively and efficiently produce construction plans. Sections were selected based on the best geographical or discipline categorization of the I-229 project.

The tower housed a luxurious, five-star Rosewood hotel that offered 224 rooms and suites with conference and banquet facilities, as well as exclusive residences. There were three levels of retail space in the tower, totaling 24,800 sq. m. of upscale shopping for 100-plus retail units. The food court housed 10 restaurants and seated 400.
Project Responsibilities: Dennis was responsible for quality assurance (QA)/quality control and construction site safety and security, including staffing. His duties included developing and implementing QA and safety programs and implementing procedures in accordance with ISO 9001.
