RESUME

Since I began my career in the construction in 1982, I have managed and supervised vertical and commercial construction since 1986. My extensive background includes project estimating, project management, production management, plant operations, and employee supervision. I was responsible for growing a small steel construction business from $600K to $10M in annual sales for Southeastern Steel Construction, Inc. My passionate commitment to customer service gave SSCI the excellent reputation it enjoys today in the industry. I have a strong work ethic and a personal commitment to ensuring a high-quality product, in addition to superior customer service skills, demonstrated leadership ability, and excellent problem solving skills.

As a Project Manager with Bristol, I am responsible for recommending and justifying project modifications, implementing methods of tracking materials and resources, and ensuring project tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.

Responsible for Project Management and contract compliancy, as well as overseeing daily jobsite operations. The purpose of this effort is the installation of new Training Devices (TD) and Modular After Action Review (AAR) Facility with certified structural drawings at MCBQ. This need stems from requirements requested by Range Management Branch (RMB) on behalf of the Dynamic Entry School (DES) to provide a more realistic training environment than what is currently available. This project is designed to support the warfighting skills of both Marine Corps and Joint service units operating on a live-breaching range environment. The installation of these TDs, Modular AAR Facility, and certified drawings will provide improved training opportunities for both tenant Marine and Joint service units aboard MCBQ. These range enhancements create a realistic environment with sufficient detail to adequately immerse Marines in a combat environment as part of their ongoing and contingency Company Battle Course (CBC) training. These ranges will greatly enhance the execution of Training and Readiness (T&R) tasks and training of Tactics, Techniques, and procedures (TTPs) at the individual, fire team, squad, and company levels.
