My primary responsibility during my time in service was to not only provide 3 meals a day to anywhere between 15-50 people at a time. I also had to handle all the money that was paid for each meal. While working here at Barksdale Lodging I am responsible for maintaining my bank with the minimum amount of money required to be in the drawer at all times as well as all other cash and credit card transaction taken during my 8 hr shift.
