DFMEA/part layouts/First Article Inspections/tolerances/engineering changes/print changes, prototype tooling, production tooling and mini DOE.

PPAP dates, having all grain/color/gloss/appearance approved by the GM engineering team. Constructed AAR (Appearance Approval Report) binders
for the GMT900 program to be used in conjunction with the GM material database for tracking part materials and submissions/approvals. Created

sessions for Lear Corporation’s Mexico facilities. Created boundary samples for incoming materials/parts for Lear Corporation’s
facilities/suppliers. Created AAR Supplier Checklist/Work Instructions, to help suppliers fully/accurately complete all required paperwork/part
preparations for PPAP – This document has been implemented across all suppliers by DCX as part of their “Best Practices Book of Knowledge”.

plastic, headliner, sun visor, overhead consoles, trunk, and rear shelf. Responsible for reviewing parts prior to customer PPAP submittal for

Engineering/Craftsmanship/Design/Mastering Studios.

Designed/tracked/launched interior seat components/trim (40/40, 40/20/40, 60/40, 50/50). Reviewed suppliers’ plastics/trim for
grain/color/gloss appearance for approval submissions. Managed prototype/production tools through final release using Lean techniques creating
cost savings. Managed the 3rd row 2004 concept design for the 2003 NAIAS. Constructed first AAR parts binder per customer’s request/direction.
