Hiring Manager:
I have attached my resume for your consideration.
I have worked in the chemical manufacturing industry for over 19 years with a few years off to tend to family needs.
I have made an impact at every company I have worked. Some of the impacts in the manufacturing operations are summarized as follows:
• Implemented and managed ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 series.
• MRP/ERP design and implementation as well as experience with other ERP systems (SAP and Oracle).
• P&L responsibilities.
• Capital improvement projects with many projects having an ROI of less than 12 months.
• Hazardous Materials Handling, HAZWOPER, and DOT Shipping Regulations training.
• Establishing employee training programs leading to higher retention rates.
• Experience in cGMP, OTC, and FDA manufacturing environments.
As I progressed through my career I have demonstrated the ability to improve morale, enhance safety, boost efficiencies, and advance productivity while growing in responsibilities at every position I have served.
Most recently I have been in the role of Compounding Manager for Tri Tech Labs making major improvements in the Compounding Department, Training, updating SOPs and Work Instructions, all while elevating the department to an all time record monthly production for September 2011. While we are successful, I do not believe that this is the best fit for my skills and abilities. I am looking forward to examining possibilities with a new company.
Thank you for your time and attention.
Sincerely,
Mark Burdsall
