Responsibilities:

Corporate Strategy and Systems Champion:

• Advised senior management and facilitated implementation of new corporate policies for governance, financial, human resources, and operations. Creating of systems to assist in monitoring alignments across the World Bank’s mission(s) strategies, budgets, performance indicators, risk scans, and policies to facilitate corporate governance of the results chain.

• Managed financial and knowledge information systems to support business process, intelligence, requirements, data and system integrity, multidimensional analytic database warehouse super user, OLAP environment, and documentation in providing performance risk and portfolio management.

• Championed SAP / BW utilization, implementation, and design efforts.

• Managed CRM/ERP portfolio and budget monitoring systems for country and sector team managers, and corporate wide $2 billion annual administration budget plus trust funds and grants. Forecasted and monitored annual budgets for the Treasury; Europe, Central Asia, and South Asia regions totaling $250 million, and tracked over 85 investments with a portfolio value of $5.7 billion.

• Project management lead for cross team coordination of design, testing, and implementation of a new Strategic Performance Contract system (SPC). The SPC tracks and records the inputs, outputs, and ‘SMART’ performance indicators with linkages to SAP and multiple other systems and databases.

• Built forecasting models for operations and resource planning as well as monitoring and evaluating indicator scorecards.

• Analyzed policy options for structural harmonization and simplification of processes, resulting in improved managerial effectiveness and efficiency.
