· Contract position for Watkins Consulting on a project at Treasury Bank, a division of Countrywide Mortgage.
· Senior Reviewer/Team Leader of 11 compliance auditors of the QC/Compliance group, I performed second, third, and pre OCC reviews of the mortgage compliance checklists.
· Adhoc projects included BSA testing of Patriot Act compliance, Reg Z, Respa, TIL, ECOA and other compliance issues.
· Software/programs used: Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Bank Mortgage Underwriting programs, shared database.
BANK MARKETING SPECIALIST for Jim Marsden State Farm Insurance in Prairie du Sac, Wi.
· Insurance sales and service for the Marsden Agency as an experienced sales specialist and marketer.
