Director of Human Resources, Global Oil and Gas Production Management Services Company. Report to both

CFO and President of Company. Supervise a staff of 4 and direct all Human Resource functions. Transformed

HR from administrative role to strategic business partner, including working with senior management to drive

key business strategies and implement performance initiatives. Conducted extensive analysis of HR organization

and developed a business plan to update all policies, procedures, and benefits programs. Developed standardized

organizational model to clarify authority and responsibility of all team members. Manage all International

employees ensuring yearend tax equalization accuracy for Expats. Report statistical data to parent company and

affiliates worldwide. Oversee annual 401 k audit including discrimination testing and compliance. Conduct

Domestic and International staff. Organize quarterly Superintendent workshop initiating team building and

• Performed site visits to educate employees on 401 (k) benefits in order to increase participation to offset the

ADP/ACP/415 discrimination rating. Successfully generated passing results for the first time in 2007 and

have continued these results ongoing.

• Developed and implemented recruitment program increasing chargeable positions with current clients based

on weekly proactive advertisement of inventory.

• Reduced average vacancy turnover time from average of 42 days to 13 days.
