• House Management including making schedules for residents of adjoined property, creating boundaries for residents, enforcing consequences of failure to adhere to rules of the house. Cleaning, cooking and maintenance were a major part of the job.

• Outreach work, which included finding homes for homeless youth, consultation with families and youth about alternatives to bad behaviors.

Volunteer experience Volunteer work includes various trips out of the state to help other small businesses start up, and to encourage others to become independent. Also, I am a youth leadership training and development session leader.
