To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to inquire about a career opportunity in your company. Thank you for taking the time out to read this letter and my accompanying resume for the position.
My experiences and education makes me a well-qualified candidate for the job with a lot of room left for growth. I have a wide range of skills from cosmetology skills, computer skills, customer service skills as well as actual hands-on accounting experience. My computer skills consist of the accurate operation of Microsoft Power Point, Word, Works, and Excel along with many other software applications. I started my studies at Johnson & Wales University to obtain a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. Due to lack of resources I had to seek out other opportunities. That’s when I chanced upon Kingsborough Community College where I obtained an accounting certificate conjointly making the National Dean List as a stair step. This gave me an temporary contingency plan and taught me to operate computerized accounting applications such as Peachtree and QuickBooks. These experiences listed above makes me feel as if I can be an asset to your company.
I am a very open-minded person, always willing to take on new ideas and challenges that can help me in the future. I am very strong, hardworking, and creative. I know that with my experiences and willingness to learn I will bring nothing but my best to your company and helping to make it stronger.
I have enclosed my resume for you to review my work experience, academic history, and other activities that makes me feel confident enough to be a great help to you as well as your company. I think an interview is necessary to show my enthusiasm and abilities. I am looking forward to meeting with you, and will be in touch regarding this letter of interest.
You may contact me by telephone 914-***-**** or by email **********@*****.***. Once again, thank you for your time and considering me as a candidate.
Sincerely,
Jasmine L. Wilson
