ZFactuur is a web based application developed on SOA, which fully automates the flow of invoice from vendor to the customer. The stakeholders include various leading vendors in the Netherlands and their customers. The application enables the vendor to send their invoices as XML in EAV standard, which will be converted into our own internal format and is persisted in the ZFactuur backend. The vendors as well as the customers are allowed to login to the application to view their respective invoices based on the various subscription types. Being able to import the invoices into various accounting packages is one of the core elements of the ZFactuur service. In addition to this the service allows the users to download the invoice information in Tele-banking format, and can make their payment through bank portal.
