I am a highly organized individual that possesses excellent time management and prioritizing skills. I have extensive experience in the geriatric case management field and love to learn and take on any new challenges that come my way. I work extremely well with others, as well as independently and adapts easily to any given situation. I am seeking a position in which I can utilize my extensive skills and experience that I have attained throughout the years as well as enhance them in my new position. I have been a licensed social worker for 8 years and I have also obtained a Geriatric Care Certificate by taking online courses from the Boston University Geriatric Social Work institute.

Staff Development Manager (Jan-2004 - Jan-2012)

participated in the hiring and training of new staff.

consulted with other managers to identify the training needs necessary for excellent job performance as well as participated in the overall training schedule.

managed the Elder Care Funds and assured that the funds were spent and utilized in the most appropriate way by maintaining a log and monitoring monetary grants by reporting annually to the appropriate parties to ensure the funds were spent as dictated.
