Strategic Planning and Development
- Led the successful planning, set up, and oversight of a consulting firm with more than $2.5M in annual revenue; directed major business functions, including sales, finance, recruitment, staff management and delivery of operational solutions to clients.
- Established strategic relationships with PMO, process teams, consultants, and extended teams of the ERP implementation project team of a $1B IT services provider to complete business process and organizational redesign activities by creating and validating future process flows, procedures, and responsibilities resulting in successful implementation of the system and a ROI meeting corporate target.
Operations and Client Management
- Analyzed each client’s specific needs; sourced for more competitive organizational and technology solutions; and implemented processes for improvement in order to maintain excellent service delivery to clients. Played an important role in strategizing plans and spearheaded the successful implementation of these plans despite industry challenges / competition and unpredictable business issues.
- Provided strategic direction to clients’ project sponsors and management teams regarding business process modeling and redesign, organizational design, instructional design and delivery, departmental performance assessment and development, and performance standards creation projects. Sample results include dramatic improvements to skills of management teams, headcount savings resulting in approximately $4 million in annual savings, development and implementation of 30 process flows with 120 supporting procedures in a 4-week time frame to meet regulatory requirements, and a FEP health insurance provider moving from worst to first in national association ratings in a 3-year time frame.

Process Improvement
- Spearheaded the facilitation and development of project teams including over 100 client and firm resources in order to enable clients to create strategic recommendations for improved workflow process, organizational design, and technology solutions.
- Optimized business functions of a leading cancer research center by managing and ensuring success in the ERP implementation. Strategized an action plan that prioritized processes within supply chain and human resource functions for the ERP implementation.
- Ensured the success of a resource allocation project for a $20B healthcare organization by leading key resource allocation stabilization activities while the client transitioned into a new operating model.
Training Design and Development
- Piloted and maximized skills of instructional design teams with up to 60 resources. Tasked to create and deliver detailed curricula containing more than 200 training modules for more than 300 days of training materials; sustained strategies and educated staff and clients on firm’s instructional design while evaluating and providing feedback on deliverables. Realigned training strategy and consistency based on the design cycle by developing style guides and best practices. Personally designed, created, and delivered more than 60 of the modules.
- Coordinated with a 300-person department in three locations to devise comprehensive curriculum and training modules for all roles, while considering both process and role oriented knowledge and modules for various processing systems for a healthcare’s management organization of a major Blue Cross plan.
- Played a significant role in generating 40% reduction in classroom training time and decrease in learning curve between training completion and live production for a federal employee product line for a $2B health insurance provider that included both new hire and refresher training.
