. Held responsibility for planning, reviewing and supporting product

development including BOM, PCB board, fixtures, test sockets, layout

database, schematics, package drawings and test procedures for Safety

Automotive Microcontroller and DSP components.

. Characterized and performed stress analysis as well as function,

qualification testing and performance verification at high and cold

temperatures to ensure meeting customer's requirements, specifications.

. Debugged, modified and verified test programs, and performed testing of

customer's test code and existing test programs written in various

languages such as Pascal, C, Assembly and Perl to examine logical

output.

. Performed fault isolation/troubleshoot at component level, EVM-board

and system test level using various types of ATE and testing software

including Code Composer Studio, Flash 470 via JTAG connection-USB

Emulator.

. Supported Pb and Pb-free solder ball reliability for BGA packages from

drop test and solder bump for flip chip package from other reliability

tests.

. Analyzed engineering problems and provided timely accurate root cause

of failure and made recommendations for corrective action, yield

improvement and reliability.

SEM-PVC, PEM, OBIRCH, TIVA, LIVA and SDL.

rate and successfully developed OBIRCH internal probing technique to

localize defective interconnection resulting in higher profit for
