EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO PRESIDENT AND CEO AND CORPORATE ADMINISTRATION MANAGER I was recruited to move to New York to work alongside of my previous boss at The Box Music Network

In the role of Executive Assistant to the President and CEO:

Responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO/President serving as a liaison between him, the Company and numerous partners. Manage his calendar, and extensive domestic and international travel; compose written communications; consistently interact with external executive officers and Board members, making informed judgment decisions during his absence. Maximize his time by anticipating his needs in advance and taking responsibility to come up with solutions and resources to optimize various situations or issues.

• Enhance CEO's and corporation's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Complete projects and special assignments on behalf of the CEO by establishing objectives and timeline, determining priorities, disseminating information and gaining cooperation/insights of others as well as problem-solving.

• Extensive Internet research of various topics, reporting on topical, relative issues to benefit the Company.

• Order and maintain office supply levels.

In the role of Corporate Administration Manager, my role incorporates many of the following positions:

• Event/Meeting Manager - Manage the planning of meetings and special events for our company organization. Coordinate all amenities and accommodations at the event. Monitor and control event budgets and negotiate all necessary contracts. Organized and managed a successful, unique corporate event internationally to enhance our brand and visibility.

• Travel Manager - Responsible for coordinating the company's travel needs; duties include scheduling hotel and flight accommodations, and procuring necessary documentation such as passports, visas, or other clearances. Ensure that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel budget. Developed a Corporate Travel Policy. Negotiate contracts.

• Administrative Services Manager - Direct and coordinate administrative services, which includes office clerical and support services, mail distribution and messenger services, telecommunications, maintenance, purchasing, security, and cafeteria services.

In conjunction with an architectural firm, I worked on the design and implementation of a redesign of our first office space in New York in 2002. In addition, I initiated and carried out a property search for new office space for our New York headquarters and our Seattle office in 2006.

I completed the design and complete furnishing of over 12,000 square feet of new office space for our New York headquarters coming in completely within the budget allowed. I coordinated the move to ensure a smooth transition with a very minimal amount of downtime to the company.

In 2009 I initiated and completed an office move to facilitate the downsizing of the NY office space. The realized savings to the Company is $39K monthly which would have continued through the middle of 2015.

I also negotiated the sale of office furniture we no longer needed to the new tenants.

Coordinated international and domestic Summit Meetings involving 6 countries and responsible for coordination of local company functions. Maximized his time by anticipating his needs in advance and taking responsibility

• Effectively managed all administrative production and coordination during a highly volatile transition period involving a complex takeover and 2 acquisitions requiring immediate action, rapid response times, diplomacy, and multi-tasking while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality, accuracy and compliance to government regulations.
