I have been in retail management for 20 years. In that time, I have consistently proven that my managerial and service skills are second to none. I have always reached sales goals without sacrificing superior customer service. I have the ability to mold individuals into a cohesive unit, train them, and motivate them to reach a common goal.


July 2007-June 2008 Regional Manager, Zero Technologies

• Acted as the liaison between Zero Technologies and 139 Home Depots, 521 Walgreen's and 668 Do It Best stores in 5 states.

• Oversaw and directed sales in Michigan, Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota.

• Analyzed all business trends, ensured functional business plans were in place that grew the business.

• Trained all pertinent store staff. Ensured all plan-o-grams were completed and maintained.

• Ensured all reorders were being made in a timely fashion. Increased inventory, through reorders, in Home Depot from $15,000 in July ’07 to $100,000 in June ’08.

• Maintained accurate reporting of all sales information, maintaining a 1st class business relationship with all stores/companies.

• Scheduled all Sam's Club and Costco road shows, communicating all marketing plans to store management.

• Oversee all ordering procedures; this included promotional and everyday merchandise.

• Interacted with individual vendors ordering outside products.

• Coordinated all in-store projects such as merchandising, plano-grams, price changes, and store specific training.

• Assisted with the implementation of a new pharmacy computer system.

• Hired, trained, and scheduled all store employees.

• Worked with, and supervised, 4 store coordinators primarily accountable for ordering, merchandising, stocking their individual departments i.e. Cosmetics, Photo and Appliances, Health and Beauty Aids, and Liquor/Lottery.

• Integral part of the Arbor to CVS transitional team.

• Ran the #1 volume store (front store sales and prescriptions) in District 42-02 and was the recipient of the 1999 Paragon Award.

May 1989-June 1995 Store Manager, Footlocker/Kids’ Footlocker

• Hired, scheduled and administered 3 phases of training for management trainees.

• Implemented all company procedures including, but not limited to, inventory controls, customer service policies, and sale preparations.

• Recipient of Woolworth’s Inventory Achievement Award three years in a row.
