BajaWorld President
Bajaworld is a clothing company I started. I designed a few different tee-shirts but most of the business came from selling the ponchos I imported from Guatemala. Most of our sales were direct to the consumer but I did sell threw a few small retail stores.
I was successful in selling to retail stores, creating marketing plans on a small budget and building customer relationships threw social networking tools.

Volleyball Coach (Season 2006, 2007, 2008, Summer 2011)
In 2006-1008 coached girls from age 11-13 years old in volleyball, brought them from very basic knowledge of the game to advanced knowledge of the game and provided them with sport specific skills with volleyball.
In summer of 2011 I coached at Madawaska volleyball camp for one session. I was successful in helping the kids feel comfortably at there week away from home well teaching them skills they could apply to there game.

Came up with the idea for a school beach volleyball program, pitched the idea to the student council and was reward with a budget.
Manage a budget and planned events and see they run smoothly.
Manage clubs social networking sites as well as building member-club relationships.
Other Accomplishments:
I like to be involved and take leadership roles. I did this in high school on student council, university residents council and now running my own club.
I have always been a good team member. I have played basketball in the CYO Organisation and baseball for the Brantford Red Sox, tennis at Dufferin Tennis courts, working for the brantford red sox (IBL) and having played volleyball for many organisations.
In my years playing volleyball I won two awards for leadership, and was selected to represent my country at the International children's games in Thailand.
