Currently I am developing and implementing a staffing plan for up to a total of 40 moving office sites across the United States. This involves creating all job descriptions, postings on multiple internet job boards and ad copy. Each site will have 2-3 salaried employees (site manager and # 2) along with 10-12 hourly employees. The plan calls for staged hiring across multiple sites with rolling commissioning dates based on leadership team training, site build out and local market development. I have researched and selected an ATS for the client due to roll out with the new company website later this month. Additionally, I am recruiting for local positions (tech support and customer call center) personnel.

Partnering with group V.P.ās and their Human Resources managers I was responsible for the development of staffing plans along with the identifying, technical screening, compensation discussion and employment offers for our Corporate Operations, Engineering, Automation and Transformation/Strategy (supply chain and internship programs) and Finance organizations. Sourcing was done through various web-based tools, on line social networking (AIRS oxygen/LinkedIn/Twitter as examples), cold calling, employee referrals (internal and external bids), associations and major job boards directly. I attended weekly staffing meetings, develop staffing plans, bi-weekly on boarding sessions to greet and welcome our new hires for their first day of employment.
Additionally, I have attended and recruited at national diversity conferences such as SHPE (Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers) and NSBE (National Society of Black Engineers).

Engaged with PSINet (Web Hosting and Carrier) in support of full cycle recruiting activities for North American Hosting Centers. Responsible the development of recruiting strategies, developing and managing customer relationships, sourcing, recruitment (to include cold calling) interviewing, negotiating and hiring of Sr. Director to operations support staff. The centers ranged in size from 10,000 to 30,000 sqft of raised floor area with the project lasting from ground breaking through commissioning.
Previously supported the recruiting activities in support of the NationsBank (Bank of America Data Center, Richardson), Global Information Services (GIS) Data Centers and ERP practice group. The customer base consisted of two large-scale data centers and NOC; multiple mainframe, UNIX platforms and project groups. Project groups developed two and three tier solutions for Automated Command Center, web enabled applications and ERP solutions.
Additionally I was a facilitator for Campus Recruiting, New Employee Orientation and Recruiter Training.
