Responsible for managing the daily operations that consist of estimating and completing take offs with On-Screen Take Off software, submitting bid proposals on the supply and installation of high end casework for the majority of all major casinos, retail shops and hospitals in Las Vegas, NV. Responsible for generating scopes of work, reviewing shop drawings in regards to plan specifications, reviewing, creating and approving construction schedules, pre-construction planning to final close-out, coordinating the delivery times and dates of materials and attending all the subcontractor weekly meetings to review safety, schedules and any project delays.
Create and process change orders for every job I oversee as the Project Manager. Submit all AIA monthly billings to make sure they are processed accurately and on time per the billing deadlines of each job. Also, I have been able to continuously ensure job profitability measures are being met on all jobs by tracking job costs and by reviewing man hours daily and weekly compared to what was allotted for each job per the scope of the work and by working closely with the foreman on each job to make sure any extra work outside the scope of work is approved prior to commencement.
Responsible for completing job walks with the on-site foreman and general contractors on a weekly basis to ensure all safety, quality control, site cleanliness, trade damage and any scheduling issues or potential delays are being communicated and documented to the appropriate personnel.

Consistently managed over 30 homes at all times while constantly striving to improve quality, shorten build-cycle times, minimizing overhead, purchase orders and exceeding the customer’s expectations. In the 4 years I worked as a Superintendent I managed over 400 homes from start to finish which generated the company around $120 million in total revenue while I was still able to maintain around a 97% customer satisfaction rating with our homeowners that was conducted by J.D Power and Associates where I was recognized as being one of the top superintendents in the company several times.
Some of my responsibilities consisted of overseeing all daily field operations like scheduling, quality control, energy efficiency/building methods, coordinating subcontractors, verifying all options were installed correctly per the plans, job-site cleanliness, facilitating weekly progress and safety meetings, ensuring all required inspections were passed and documented while also mentoring and training new hires on company policies, procedures and best practices.
Also had the responsibility to manage the construction of two newly designed multi-family model homes which were both completed in roughly 35 working days from start to finish. I was also responsible for reducing the build cycle on this product by 15 working days per home at the start of the production which became one of the strictest build schedules in our division that ensured a greater profitability for each home that was built in this community.

Completed quality assurance inspections, generated punch lists and followed up to make sure all repairs were completed before the initial homeowner walk through on their home. I also facilitated the homeowner walk-through/orientations and scheduled 30 day, 3 month and eleven month inspections with the homeowners to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and experience with their new home. I was also able to maintain around 97% customer satisfaction rating conducted by J.D Power & Associates with new homeowners where the company was ranked #1 several years in a row for the highest in customer satisfaction for new home builders.

Framed single family and custom homes that had an estimated value of $500,000 or more along with several commercial buildings that were in excess of $5 million.
